From Fresh to Frozen
Our over 50,000 square feet warehouse allows us to carry a variety of fresh seafood items including salmon, tuna, sockeye salmon, shrimp, octopus, and eel, along with more than 100 different kinds of frozen seafood. We also handle over 50 frozen food items, meats, and other fresh products. Through our partnership with Everfresh, we are able to combine this wide selection with fresh vegetables, fruits, poultry, packaging, and kitchen utilities, providing everything your restaurant needs in a single delivery.

-55° Ultra Freezer Installed
We are equipped with an ultra super freezer that maintains temperatures as low as -55°C, ensuring that premium seafood such as Bluefin tuna and other high-value products preserve their natural texture, taste, and nutritional value. This advanced technology allows us to deliver frozen items at the highest quality standard, extending shelf life while keeping the same freshness as the day they were caught.

Ocean Delight
“Ocean Delight” is a well-known company recognized for its high-quality imitation crab meat. It has now become a sister company of 21 Century Trading, and we have rebuilt its processing facility inside the 21 Century Trading building with advanced, high-tech machines. With this upgraded production line, we are able to produce, pack, and ship directly to our customers, ensuring consistent quality and reliable supply.

Logistics
With a fleet of more than 20 refrigerated trucks and vans, including freezer units, and a coordinated distribution network, we maintain the cold chain from warehouse to kitchen. Temperatures are controlled and recorded during picking, loading, and transport so frozen, chilled, and fresh items arrive in peak condition.
