Temperate is kept at constant -55°C. It suppresses cell change of the food ingredients stored in the freezer at its maximum freshness without any deterioration, even if it’s stored for a long time.
Direct Cooling Method
The freezer uses direct cooling method where cold air is delivered directly. It can minimize the loss of moisture of food ingredients while keeping them fresher.
